• Clients that want eyeliner tattoo performed that have eyelash extensions at the time should remove them prior to the treatment. Working on clients with extensions on can result in major loss of extensions and possible eye irritation if any get into the eye.

• Pregnant or breast feeding candidates should consider baby first and never get cosmetic tattoo while in that condition. Too many metabolic changes are taking place and the blood stream should have no threats of foreign matter entering it if any.

• Clients receiving dermal fillers should go and get this prior to permanent make procedure. Not because of any problems but because the shape of their lips will change.

• Clients getting IPL or laser hair removal treatments that have cosmetic tattoo on their lips need to apply toothpaste to this area. Doing this will protect the colour as IPL will darken cosmetic tattoo ink.
